1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the relationship between Prague Lux Real Estate s.r.o., registered address: Korunní 1302/88, Vinohrady, Prague, 130 00, Company Reg. No.: 08196184 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “Prague Lux Real Estate”) and its clients, users, and partners (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).
1.2 These Terms apply to all real estate services provided by the Company, including property sales, leasing, consulting, property management, and any other related services.
1.3 By using the services of the Company, the Client agrees to abide by these Terms.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

2.1 Prague Lux Real Estate provides real estate services, including but not limited to:
a) Sale and purchase of real estate properties;
b) Property leasing and rental services;
c) Real estate consulting and investment advisory;
d) Property management and maintenance services.
2.2 The services provided by the Company are based on individual agreements between the Company and the Client.

3. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

3.1 The Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information necessary for the provision of services.
3.2 The Client shall comply with applicable laws and regulations related to real estate transactions and refrain from any fraudulent or misleading conduct.
3.3 The Client shall not hold the Company liable for any loss or damages resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Client.

4. COMPANY LIABILITY

4.1 The Company provides its services with due care and professionalism, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
4.2 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
4.3 The Company does not guarantee the success of real estate transactions and is not responsible for third-party actions, including banks, legal advisors, or authorities.

5. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

5.1 Fees for the Company’s services shall be agreed upon individually with the Client before the commencement of services.
5.2 Payments shall be made in the agreed currency and method as specified in the contractual agreement.
5.3 In case of delayed payments, the Company reserves the right to charge statutory interest in accordance with applicable Czech laws.

6. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

6.1 The Company processes personal data in compliance with GDPR and Czech data protection laws.
6.2 The processing of personal data is detailed in the Company’s Privacy Policy, available on request or via the Company’s website.

7. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

7.1 Either party may terminate the contractual relationship by providing written notice in accordance with the specific terms agreed upon in the contract.
7.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately in case of the Client’s breach of these Terms or applicable laws.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved amicably. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be settled by the competent Czech courts.
8.2 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with updated Terms being published on its official website.
9.2 If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
